Please note that we take a non-refundable £30 deposit for all bookings. We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, whereby if you miss your appointment, cancel your booking on the day or do not show you will lose your deposit and have to rebook. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will allow one reschedule with your deposit and this must be done within 48hrs of your appointment, any following reschedules will be charged. If you have purchased a course of 4d lipo, our cancellation policy will still apply and if you miss your appointment or do not cancel within 24 hrs you will lose that session.
